About the Role

Responsible for overseeing all operations for the San Francisco branch, leading a team focused on fire and water mitigation, cleaning and pack-out of contents, and reconstruction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional day-to-day operations, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in restoration services.
  • Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring excellence in fire and water mitigation, construction rebuilds, and other restoration services.
  • Manage regional P&L, focusing on profitability, cash flow, and cost controls.
  • Develop and implement strategies for year-over-year business and revenue growth.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of restoration professionals.
  • Manage and execute multiple operational plans simultaneously to drive results.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring service excellence and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General/Regional Manager or in a senior leadership role, with a focus on operations, P&L, sales, and team management.
  • Experience leading diverse teams and growing annual revenue in a consumer-focused sales or operations environment.
  • Experience in providing Sales leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and cost control.
  • Open to candidates outside restoration experience, preferred service-related industry.
