Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving client needs quickly.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift.
- Issue receipts, process returns and exchanges, and ensure all transactions are documented correctly.
- Educate customers on sales and promotions.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming checkout area, enhancing the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock to keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized.
