About the Role
Lead the TSO Program Management team, driving programs that shape how Technical Solutions operates at scale. This role focuses on building organizational capability and leveraging systems, analytics, and programs to enhance TS team effectiveness and scalability. It sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, leading a team of technical program managers and serving as a peer to Directors and VPs.
Responsibilities
- Run the PMO as a business impact function, owning the operating model from intake to impact measurement. Establish PMO operating standards adopted by other TS leaders.
- Build durable, cross-functional capabilities and scalable solutions that drive business outcomes across all TS functions.
- Drive programs from alignment to impact, establishing clear scope, sequencing, ownership, and success metrics. Ensure rigorous delivery and post-launch reporting on business outcomes.
- Represent TSO in executive forums, providing clear recommendations, framing trade-offs, and driving decisions. Own stakeholder relationships and outcomes, fostering alignment across teams.
- Deploy AI to create operational leverage by identifying and building AI-enabled workflows for program planning, communication, and execution.
- Develop the TPM team, leading senior Technical Program Managers to deliver complex initiatives. Raise execution quality, stakeholder management, and accountability standards.
- Build cross-functional relationships across TS and adjacent functions to drive alignment, resolve tension, and expand TSO's impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years running complex, cross-functional programs at a senior level, with VPs and senior Directors as primary stakeholders.
- Track record as a systems builder, designing operating models, playbooks, and frameworks.
- Autonomously executive-ready, decisive under ambiguity, composed under pressure, and capable of leading VP-level conversations.
- Experience applying AI as an operational tool, with a practical point of view on capability shifts.
- Developer of senior talent, raising program management standards and building independent, high-performing teams.
- Outcome-oriented and metric-driven, defining success and ensuring accountability.
- Experience supporting large-scale go-to-market or customer-facing technical organizations.
- Familiarity with support operations platforms and workflows.
- Experience designing organization-wide AI-enabled capabilities in an operational context.
- Background in tooling strategy, workforce planning, or operational transformation at scale in a SaaS environment.
