About the Role

This role seeks an experienced team player to serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader, managing and improving customer satisfaction for key accounts. The Customer Engagement Manager will manage internal and external stakeholders, communicate project roadmaps, lead with a solutions-based mindset, and execute on goals. A strong passion for the data ecosystem and understanding customer business needs is essential. The role balances customer goals with Raymond capabilities, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision and roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Solution & Support Centers (S&SC’s), to deliver industry-leading solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams for key accounts.
  • Communicate solutions alignment with customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer needs, escalating issues and requests to internal teams for timely solutions.
  • Schedule and lead customer meetings (weekly, monthly, QBRs) and develop high-quality customer-facing materials.
  • Determine customer and market needs through intelligence gathering and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project, and product management on roadmaps, planning, RFPs, and lifecycle management, championing new solutions.
  • Provide direction to senior management on business needs, opportunities, RFPs, and financial implications; develop strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, monitor project progress, and report status to customers and executive management.
  • Meet customer requirements and ensure customer service and satisfaction with urgency.
  • Apply sophisticated business judgment for both Sales and Service Centers and the Company.
  • Cultivate a collaborative team culture promoting accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide input to senior management on pricing, product development, and marketing based on market feedback.

Experience Level

  • 6+ years of broad experience in product management, product marketing, product engineering, or an analytical role

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or related field

Salary/Compensations

  • $83,340 - $120,540 per year
