About the Role

Provide innovative Salesforce solutions, balancing effort, feasibility, cost, and maintainability. Deliver technical solutions within timeline and budget constraints, collaborating efficiently with business and technical teams. This role includes application development, project management, business and technical analysis, training, mentoring, innovation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including functional analysis, technical requirements development, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Develop high-quality, scalable application logic using Apex and SOQL.
• Architect and develop advanced UI components with Lightning Web Components (LWC), modern JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS/SASS, deprecating legacy technologies.
• Design and implement complex custom applications using Apex, Lightning Experience, and Salesforce Platform tools, integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, GraphQL, Platform Events, and MuleSoft.
• Leverage Salesforce best practices and design patterns to build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across Salesforce multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Clouds).
• Advocate for Salesforce features, serve as a technical leader and mentor to junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, share best practices, and promote continuous learning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service stakeholders to drive strategic projects, enhance business processes, and optimize cloud solutions.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive testing strategies using ApexMocks, Salesforce CLI, and Jest for LWC to ensure unit, integration, and automated testing.
• Champion and drive adoption of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies, utilizing Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development, testing, and release management.
• Lead requirement gathering, solution architecture, and technical documentation for complex projects, focusing on system performance, data architecture, and scalability.
• Lead technical design sessions, evaluate new technologies, and influence strategic direction of Salesforce implementations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Lightning Component Framework (LWC, Aura Components) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular).
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, SOQL, Platform Events, and Salesforce Connect.
• Extensive knowledge of web development best practices, secure coding, data encryption, OAuth, and multi-tenant architecture.
• Proven experience designing solutions with complex integration patterns using MuleSoft, Heroku, or other middleware tools, and building event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience), including Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce and Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong experience with Salesforce DevOps strategies and tools (Copado, Gearset, SFDX CLI, Automated Testing Frameworks).
• Demonstrated leadership in technical design, project management, and solution architecture for large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics for project delivery.
• Collaborate efficiently with business and technical teams.
• Understand and articulate complex requirements.
• Extensive experience with Software Development Life Cycle best practices.
• Documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
