About the Role
This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of operations and kitchens, serving as a starting point for career development within Aramark.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
- Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition, reporting any issues to management.
- Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
- Ensure the security of company assets.
Requirements
- Demonstrate an understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
- Ability to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
