This role offers the opportunity to own and operate an Allstate agency, building a successful business by providing insurance protection to the community. Allstate agency owners are independent contractors, not employees, running their own small business with the potential for equity sale.

Requirements
- Prior business or franchise ownership preferred
- Previous insurance experience a plus
- Experience in day-to-day operations, budgeting, planning, and staffing strategies, or business/sales management
- Obtain all applicable state licenses for property & casualty, life & health
- Investment of liquid capital into your business to cover startup costs
