About the Role
Join Vanbridge, an EPIC company, as a Life & Executive Benefits platform expert. This role involves advising clients on life insurance options, designing and implementing effective strategies, and supporting strategy development, planning, and execution. You will work with a diverse client base including RIAs, P&C and Employee Benefit professionals, CPA and Law Firms, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals, providing world-class solutions and experience in insurance and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Support key external and internal clients
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects and deliverables
- Contribute to Vanbridge’s growth and management, ensuring communication connectivity and supporting partners in strategy and execution
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance
- Analyze various life insurance policies to determine the best fit for client financial plans
- Provide tailored recommendations on life insurance policies aligned with client objectives
- Assist clients with the application process, policy management, and coverage adjustments
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of different annuity and life insurance solutions
- Ensure all recommendations and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with advisors and team members to integrate annuity and life insurance solutions into comprehensive financial plans
- Stay current with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes
- Prepare for client meetings, including paperwork and presentation materials
- Prepare and deliver correspondence and other client communication
- Work collaboratively with Advisors throughout the planning process for accuracy and promptness
- Work proactively in all facets of the role, seeking new opportunities
- Proactively work with and respond to clients professionally
- Maintain Carrier product information, rate changes, and rules
Requirements
- Minimum two-three years of related experience
- Experience in insurance and financial services
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Expertise in life portfolio
- Life, Health, FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 (a plus or obtain within 90 days)
- Working knowledge of Insurance industry software
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem-solving and client service
- Proven track record with cross-training, task-sharing, and mutually supportive teamwork
- Ability to innovate, proactively manage time, and complete tasks
- Proven experience in client support, portfolio management, relationship management, or paraplanner roles within the financial services industry
- Diplomacy and strong business acumen with proven experience positively influencing others and developing business processes
- Highly organized with project management skills; ability to shift and reorganize to accommodate change
- Ability to prioritize workflow and requests for deliverables based on advisor and client needs and business unit impact
- Passion for team and colleague success comparable to personal career path and success measures
- Ability to portray confidence, persuasiveness, and credibility over the phone, in virtual meetings, and potentially in person

Salary/Compensations
- $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 in base pay
