About the Role

This role manages the day-to-day execution of the CRM BAU and Lifecycle calendar across UK, US, EU, and DE markets, aiming to maximize channel conversion. It ensures CRM communication channels are aligned to optimize the customer journey and meet commercial and trade objectives. The role also involves setting up and executing targeted CRM promotional campaigns and acquisition opportunities, supported by the CRM Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted and recurring CRM campaigns, including planning, audience setup, channel coordination, email briefing/delivery support, and reporting results with key findings and actions.
  • Operate the Rewards Club, managing communications and promotions, developing stakeholder understanding, and implementing changes.
  • Manage the Email and SMS plan/mapping of lifecycle journeys to maximize revenue and align with the trade plan, ensuring cohesive communications.
  • Deliver reports summarizing key BAU and lifecycle results and manage the testing tracker.
  • Own competitor research insights for email and rewards club communications and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Marketing or business degree preferred, or higher-level education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably CRM.
  • Experience managing a loyalty platform.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to develop processes and enhance CRM activities.
  • Ability to create targeted segments and flows to support campaign delivery.
  • Analytical mindset to effectively analyze channel and campaign performance.
