About the Role
Work with customers to deeply understand their needs and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional partners across product management, design, research, and data science to create innovative new features. Own and execute the end-to-end implementation of features to enhance the toolkit. Join the Self Serve Funnel Team to build modern, AI-powered onboarding experiences that push industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Spec and build beautiful, consistent, fast, and reliable product features that encourage exploration and earn customer trust.
- Work across the full stack, including AWS, Node.js, SQL, React, HTML, and CSS, to build and maintain end-to-end products.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to understand user needs and build products that unlock their potential.
- Collaborate and learn from a talented group of engineers with diverse experiences and backgrounds.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience in modern full-stack web development, with emphasis on user-facing feature development.
- Experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives and implementing technical strategy.
- Fluent in one or more frontend and backend technologies.
- Interest in programming in JavaScript and React.
- Excited by a product-oriented full stack or frontend role.
- Good understanding of web technologies and large-scale web application architecture.
- Background in computer science or a related field.
- Thoughtful approach to decision making, knowing when to move fast and when to do things right.
- Strong convictions, weakly held, with an assumption that validation and iteration are key to best results.
- Strong ownership instincts and attention to detail.
