About the Role

The role involves providing insights that assist the Mainframe Software Division in making informed decisions and presenting these insights to executive leadership. This includes analyzing trends to identify financial and market patterns, examining customer behavior, and assessing operational efficiency. The insights gathered will contribute to the creation of quarterly executive presentations and strategic plans designed to enhance business performance and maintain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities

Share analysis findings and key opportunities with the executive team.
Prepare quarterly and annual financial analysis presentations for executive leadership, including red notes.
Develop charts and visual aids to support organizational decision-making.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business needs and promote standardization.
Manage analysis workstreams: structure approach, determine resources, establish execution timeline, and coordinate with internal clients.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within field datasets.
Generate actionable business insights.
Incorporate customer insights into the product development cycle with product teams.
Partner with data analysts to utilize analytic tools for deeper customer insights.
Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals.
Identify, document, and implement new business process improvements.
Recommend changes to operational policies and procedures.
Collaborate with customers, finance, and internal functions for fiscal year planning, attainment setting, and business readiness.
Provide revenue support, including pipeline analysis.
Enhance and maintain a core set of standard reports satisfying business needs.
Produce regular reports on an agreed-upon schedule.
Support analysis projects to understand and solve business challenges.
Determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
Consult with management on long-range goals.
Determine tactical and strategic priorities independently.
Make independent daily decisions.
Champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives with creativity and ingenuity.
Lead major projects.

Salary/Compensations

Annual base salary range: $90,000 - $144,000.
Eligible for discretionary annual bonus.
