About the Role

This training role prepares Sales Trainees for the Account Sales Manager position. It involves supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for Account Sales Managers during absences or special projects. The role requires collaboration with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format "off premise" stores, ensuring safe, productive, and professional customer service in compliance with Red Bull standards.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives.
• Provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers during absences or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships with sales, merchandising, and operations for "off premise" stores.
• Service customers safely, productively, and professionally, adhering to Red Bull standards.
• Learn Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company brand and product basics.
• Protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation for freshness.
• Set proper brand flow according to Red Bull standards.
• Establish and maintain professional customer relationships to increase sales.
• Obtain necessary tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, Pricing) for daily plan execution.
• Communicate daily priorities effectively with ASMs/DSMs.
• Train with ASMs.
• Cover ASM routes as needed.
• Meet daily KPIs in sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Support the team with audits, blitz, display building, and merchandising to drive sales.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Obtain DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English language proficiency.
• Experience in customer service and sales (a plus).
