About the Role

This training role prepares the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager position. It primarily supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage for Account Sales Managers during absences or special projects. The role involves maintaining customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format "off premise" stores, ensuring safe, productive, and professional customer service in compliance with Red Bull standards.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives.
• Provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers as needed.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format "off premise" stores.
• Service all customers safely, productively, and professionally, adhering to Red Bull executional standards.
• Understand and learn Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company basics, brand, and products.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation.
• Set proper brand flow according to Red Bull standards.
• Establish and maintain professional customer relationships to increase sales.
• Obtain all tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, Pricing) to execute daily plans.
• Effectively communicate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs.
• Train with ASMs.
• Execute global strategy for in-store execution.
• Meet daily KPIs in sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Support the team with audits, blitz, display building, and merchandising to drive sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Obtain DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Travel: 0-10%.

Skills

• English language proficiency.
• Customer service experience (plus).
• Sales experience (plus).
• Additional languages (advantage).
