About the Role
This position is integral to project delivery teams across preliminary design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, and project closeout for Aviation + Transportation projects. The role involves developing and maintaining firm standards, tools, families, templates, and processes specific to the sector. It also includes providing BIM leadership and mentoring to staff, developing strong business relationships, and enhancing day-to-day operations. The Project Technology Coordinator will collaborate with the firm's Practice Technology team to develop and implement best practices and workflows for all Corgan Offices, focusing on Revit®, its extensions, and third-party tools. Experience with computational design solutions, energy modeling, or sustainable design technologies is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, training, and development to architectural and interior design staff in Aviation sector offices.
- Offer ongoing project support to ensure team productivity and achievement of project goals using new technologies and workflows.
- Capture and document best practices for BIM implementation and use.
- Conduct Practice Technology related Research and Development.
- Lead BIM/REVIT® project kick-offs, including execution planning, model setup, and team setup direction.
- Provide feedback and contribute to model health and clash detection throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with design consultants and contractors for successful shared model work.
- Provide Autodesk REVIT® support, including "over-the-shoulder" training and mentorship.
- Integrate REVIT® products with other applications.
- Establish and support workflows for BIM, Visualization, Reality Capture, Construction Administration, and Computational Design.
- Create and manage content for the Aviation sector and large client programs.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in BIM leadership roles on large scale projects.
- Experience with clash detection & model federation (advantage).
- Experience creating computational design-based solutions (advantage).
- Experience with energy modelling or other sustainable design technologies (advantage).
- BIM end user education experience (preferred).
- Autodesk REVIT® and other Autodesk suite software experience on large scale projects (required).
- Autodesk Forma (BIM 360) experience (preferred).
- ISO 19650 experience (desired).
- Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit (preferred).
- Additional experience in Newforma, Bluebeam, Rhino.Inside, Navisworks, Python, Enscape, Affinity, and/or Building Analysis tools (preferred).
