About the Role
Provide guests with excellent service as a friendly voice on the phone, an amicable contact by email, or with a welcoming smile at check-in.
Responsibilities
- Look after guests, including check-in and check-out.
- Review and process bookings, overbookings, and options.
- Maintain Sihot and electronic booking systems.
- Produce and verify invoices, including managing payments.
- Handle cash transactions and cashing up.
- Perform administrative and organizational tasks, such as managing no-shows and answering emails.
Requirements
- Completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or professional experience in the hotel, catering, or customer call center industry, or seeking a career change.
Skills
- Excellent sense of quality and service.
- Hosting skills.
- Passion for the hotel industry.
- Open and communicative.
- Solid command of written and spoken English.
- Team player.
- Willingness to provide assistance across departments.
