About the Role

The Sales Support Associate provides trusted advisory support and guidance to Sales and Partners in pre-sales and partner activities, including project management, deal coordination, sales delegated opportunity management, and support for sales systems, processes, new platforms, and products.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, correct, and validate data
  • Keep systems up-to-date with customer information and legal documents
  • Handle cases according to regional case management guidelines
  • Handle quote approval process
  • Assist with new customer set up
  • Handle customer concerns between Sales Support and other internal groups
  • Work on small projects in addition to everyday role
  • Follow up with customer on required documents and missing information
  • Ensure customer PO compliance
  • Follow up on orders
  • Assist with customer questions via email or phone
  • Assist with gathering preliminary QBR info
  • Provide project management for single country, large, complex deals
  • Handle all changes and keep the quote and documents up to date
  • Engage cross-functional teams to coordinate requirements against deadlines
  • Handle Internal Service Tickets to resolve Credit and Billing issues
  • Execute Data corrections in Siebel based on fall out report
  • Facilitate SFDC opportunity management by cleaning up opportunities based on guidelines
  • Train Sales reps on new tools, processes, and policies
  • Deliver refresher trainings to address knowledge gaps
  • Communicate process improvements and enhancements to Sales Team

Requirements

  • 1+ years customer/sales support experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary/Compensations

  • 46,600 - 69,800 CAD / Annual
