About the Role

The Construction division serves as the central point of contact for all construction-related and technical matters. Due to strong ongoing expansion and numerous upcoming new constructions, renovations, and extensions in the coming years, the existing team requires reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and manage projects.
• Assume technical planning responsibility for HOAI service phases 1-5.
• Manage all internal and external project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal expansion and construction project management, and external architects, structural engineers, and specialist planners.
• Conduct fundamental determinations and feasibility studies, including site analyses.
• Manage permits and construction inquiries.
• Collaborate with authorities and align plans with official requirements.
• Evaluate planning results for economic and timely feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with all technical, scheduling, and legal requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans.
• Significantly contribute to developing future-oriented, sustainable building concepts for retail properties.

Requirements

• Completed education in Architecture or Construction Management / Construction Project Management.
• Several years of professional experience in building design.
• Strong assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and self-confident demeanor.
• Proven negotiation skills and reliability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all interfaces and lead project teams goal-orientedly.
• Capacity for lateral thinking and acting as a driver, not an administrator.
• Good knowledge of HOAI / VOB.
• High self-motivation for continuous professional development.
• Fluent German language skills, written and spoken.
• Proficient in common MS-Office applications.
• Knowledge of retail properties is advantageous, but not required; experts from all asset classes are welcome.
