Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide initial product information and direct customers to dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready for appointments or no-shows.
• Participate in team and process development, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and management.
• Utilize CRM system to optimize opportunities.

Requirements

• At least one previous role with customer service experience.
• Collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• Positive and hardworking personality.
• Strong computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
