About the Role

This role seeks a dynamic, commercially savvy dealmaker to lead hotel development across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. The ideal candidate will build relationships, identify opportunities, and convert conversations into signed deals, directly influencing growth and revenue for a leading global hospitality brand.

Responsibilities

• Identify new hotel projects, including conversions, new builds, or rebrands.
• Build powerful relationships with owners, investors, developers, and partners.
• Structure, negotiate, and close agreements.
• Analyze project potential with feasibility and valuation insights.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle from outreach to approval.
• Coordinate internal teams to execute deals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, real estate, or hospitality.
• Strong network across owners, investors, or operators.
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in hotel development, franchising, or real estate transactions.
• Experience negotiating management or franchise agreements.
• Fluent English.
