About the Role
This role involves serving the community by responding to property disasters, including floods and fires, and leading mitigation efforts. It requires a world-class work ethic, attention to detail, empathy, and a sense of urgency to make a difference for those in need.
Responsibilities
- Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to industry specifications under supervision.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized company truck and equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule.
- Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks as necessary.
- Assist other team members and provide leadership when needed.
Requirements

- Dedication to customer service.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to frequently lift 75 LBS.
