About the Role

This role supports senior leaders by providing strategic and analytical insights for short and long-term strategies. Responsibilities include primary and secondary research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires entrepreneurial ownership of firm initiatives from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with firm leaders to drive initiatives and change management.
  • Manage projects for the leadership team, including exploring business topics, gathering background information on emerging issues, and interfacing with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on board of directors’ presentations and proposals for leadership teams.
  • Report on strategic initiative progress to the Executive Leadership team and the broader organization.
  • Continuously assess industry trends and market developments, including competitor research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and evaluate strategic acquisition opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless transaction execution.
  • Coordinate with project managers to manage and organize the diligence process.
  • Establish ideal prospect profiles (e.g., geography, product, sector specialties) aligned with organizational needs.
  • Develop work product for Executive and Board Communications.

Requirements

  • Proven capability to problem-solve strategically using advanced qualitative analytical skills.
  • Exceptional process management skills, including ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with senior leadership and in collaborative environments.

Experience Level

Education Level

Salary/Compensations

  • Base Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $180,000.00 (New York)
