About the Role
The Learning Experience seeks passionate and dedicated Lead and Assistant Teachers to create a positive, engaging learning environment for preschool children. This role focuses on helping children learn, play, grow, thrive, and succeed academically and emotionally, embodying the motto "happy happens here."
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using fun and engaging characters.
- Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children's adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- Six months of professional teaching experience (required).
- High school diploma/GED (required).
- Applicable state licensing requirements.
