Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in South Austin seeks an energetic, driven, and people-focused Spa Manager. This role involves leading daily operations, growing business performance, and fostering an engaging, high-performing culture for guests and team members. It is a hands-on leadership position focused on coaching teams, driving results, solving problems, and building a positive work environment. The Spa Manager will oversee day-to-day business, sales growth, team development, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations and team performance
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales, memberships, retail, and profitability
- Analyze business performance and use reporting/data to drive decisions
- Manage schedules to maximize staffing efficiency and guest experience
- Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and overall spa presentation
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and resolve service concerns professionally
- Monitor budgets and operational expenses
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Build a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, growth, and customer care
Requirements
