About the Role

Join our Core or Monetization Engineering teams as a Full-stack Engineer. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to enable new technologies and experiences, building robust frameworks and features. This role offers the opportunity to find creative solutions to complex problems, drive new initiatives from inception to release, and empower both developers and Pinners.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack Pinner-facing features to power future inspiration on Pinterest.
• Lead product development from ideation to release, including rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and architecting scalable solutions for millions of users.
• Partner with design, product, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end functionality.
• Suggest new product ideas and features from a Pinner's perspective.
• Develop features with high technical quality using automated testing, taking ownership of components.
• Collaborate with world-class peers on high-impact projects to foster engineering growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry full-stack development experience building consumer or business-facing products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in one or more common backend and frontend tech stacks.
• Experience following best practices for writing reliable, maintainable code.
• Ability to stay current with new technologies and assess their incorporation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
