  • Apply a hospitality mindset to workplace operations, ensuring colleagues and visitors feel welcomed and supported.
  • Oversee planning and execution of internal office events in London, partnering with stakeholders to foster culture, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Identify and implement improvements to workplace engagement, service quality, and employee satisfaction.
  • Build, lead, coach, and develop the workplace service model and team for facilities, services, and workplace experience as the London office scales.
  • Create a shared service culture where team members and vendor partners understand their role in the colleague and visitor experience.
  • Provide clear direction, performance management, and development opportunities for team members.

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Finance, Procurement, local leadership, and global Real Estate & Workplace teams.
  • Act as the London workplace representative for cross-functional and global initiatives.
  • Provide clear updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Communicate proactively during workplace changes, disruptions, and projects to maintain trust and minimize uncertainty.
