About the Role
At Paul Davis, we help homeowners recover after traumatic events. The Project Coordinator supports Project and Mitigation Managers, ensuring jobs are organized and progress smoothly by visiting job sites, coordinating with adjusters, and maintaining project flow. This role requires a world-class work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people, while continuously building relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support Project and Mitigation Managers on reconstruction and mitigation jobs from start to completion
- Conduct on-site visits to assess job status, document progress, and communicate updates to the team
- Communicate directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and insurance companies on job scope, timelines, and approvals
- Prepare and maintain job documentation, including status reports, correspondence, and project files
- Create work orders and maintain job costs log
- Manage job data and track claim status using RMS, Xactanalysis, and Claims Workspace
- Demonstrate empathy and urgency when assisting homeowners during difficult times
- Establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, adjusters, agents, subcontractors, and team members
Requirements
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude with a dedication to world-class customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with homeowners, adjusters, and insurance companies
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license with a clean record and willingness to travel to job sites
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
