About the Role

Seeking an energetic individual to share ideas and recommendations with teammates and clients. This role offers bonus and growth opportunities for hard work.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client needs are met professionally.
• Engage with clients, build relationships, and understand their needs.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Perform multi-tasking, including cleaning beds and engaging new clients.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon areas including tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage.
• Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced salon environment, upholding company policies.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend at the waist for cleaning tanning equipment.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
• Ability to bend down to pick up items from floors.
• Ability to perform salon cleaning functions (dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing).
• Ability to work independently during shifts as required.
