About the Role
The role is for an intern or working student in Events & PR/Media Europe, supporting the Marketing Team with a focus on event management, public relations, and media activities.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the Marketing Team Europe, focusing on event management, PR, and media.
- Assist with planning, organization, guest management, and execution of events (e.g., boutique openings, product launches, customer events).
- Manage and coordinate external service providers (agencies, photographers, caterers) for events.
- Conceive and develop event concepts.
- Research and analyze trends and best practices.
- Contribute ideas and perspectives in brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure events serve as effective commercial activations for new customer acquisition or loyalty.
- Advise European boutiques on planning and implementing seasonal and local events.
- Initiate and implement measures for continuous optimization of marketing processes, including event procedures.
- Create presentations for internal and external purposes, often related to event projects.
- Support conception and execution of press and public relations activities.
- Assist with briefing and coordination of PR and media agencies and internal interfaces.
- Help track and report on communication activities and results using internal tools, including event follow-up.
- Support planning, implementation, and optimization of media plans.
- Research media trends, new channels, Key Opinion Leaders, and formats.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and understanding for luxury goods and high-quality watches.
