About the Role
This role involves guiding digitalization projects from initial idea to successful implementation within an established program. It focuses on strategic client collaboration, structured requirements development, and designing future-proof software solutions that are technically feasible, functionally convincing, and create value for the main client, DB InfraGO.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initial idea to successful implementation within an established digitalization program.
- Serve as the central point of contact for clients on assigned topics.
- Advance content structured, collaborating closely with departments and decision-makers.
- Constructively manage diverse interests, even amidst challenges.
- Elicit, model, document, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders to form a robust basis for conception and development.
- Conceive and design future-proof software solutions with UX/UI designers and the development team.
- Ensure solutions are technically feasible, functionally convincing, and create value.
- Act as the technical point of contact during software development, clarifying content-related questions.
- Responsible for client validations.
- Support clients in solution implementation through training, documentation, or structured departmental coordination.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, requirements management, IT project management, as a Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
- Ideally experience with tailored software solutions.
- Proficiency in creating structured and target-group-oriented presentations.
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Ability to apply methods to clarify complex situations and achieve reliable results.
- Reliable and convincing demeanor.
- Quickly grasp complex technical contexts.
- Identify patterns and derive actionable recommendations.
- Solid basic technical understanding.
- Understanding of modern software development processes, especially in an agile context.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks independently and responsibly.
- Team player who actively contributes perspectives and ideas.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client appointments within Germany.
- Fluent German (C1 minimum) in spoken and written form.
- Good English skills are welcome.
