About the Role
Palm Beach Tan seeks outgoing, energetic, and positive sales professionals to represent its brand and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales goals and thrives in a commission-driven environment within a fun, professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
- Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and all company and legal requirements are met
- Maintain a clean and organized salon
- Handle cash, including opening and closing business procedures
- Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals
Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours per day)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
