About the Role

We are seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to represent our brand, develop sales teams, and increase customer and employee satisfaction and profits. This role includes a comprehensive training program for management team preparation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient store staff.
• Achieve sales goals and performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Complete company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
• Achieve financial objectives by monitoring controllable expenses (labor, cost of sales, expenses).
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with all legal requirements.
• Manage and assign tasks to ensure stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well-kept, and customer-ready.
• Establish rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform financial analysis to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money received, and manage banking requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
