About the Role

Responsibilities
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
- Educate customers on Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized salon
- Handle cash, including opening and closing business procedures
- Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals
Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
