About the Role

We are seeking Group Fitness professionals to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. Coaches prioritize members, making them an integral part of the studio community, inspiring them to achieve their best. Join us in our mission to spread More Life to our members and community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-designed workouts
• Work in a fast-paced group fitness setting
• Multitask to ensure a high-quality experience for all class participants
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Guide interested consumers through their first Orangetheory workout, collaborating with the sales team
• Ensure members use correct form and offer corrections
• Understand the science behind workouts, heart-rate focused training programs, and competitor activities
• Use and demonstrate every piece of equipment utilized in workouts
• Be a team player

Requirements

• Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification

Skills

• Understanding of workout science, specifically heart-rate focused training programs
• Awareness of competitor activities
• Ability to use and demonstrate fitness equipment
• Team player

Work Type

• Part-time
• 8-12+ hours a week of coaching

Education Level

• Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification
