About the Role
Soccer Shots seeks a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. This rewarding role involves making a significant difference in children's lives by sparking a passion for soccer and building confidence, as evidenced by positive family feedback.
Responsibilities
- Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity
- Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
- Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
Requirements
- Genuine passion for children and sports
- Safety conscious
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
- Local candidates only (no work status or visa sponsorship available)
- Commitment to a full ten-week season for a lead role
