About the Role
Soccer Shots seeks a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. This rewarding role involves making a difference in children's lives, sparking passion for the game, and building confidence.
Responsibilities
- Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity
- Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
- Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
Requirements
- Local candidates only
- No work status or visa sponsorship available
- Genuine passion for children and sports
- Safety conscious
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
- Full ten-week commitment required to take on a lead role

Salary/Compensations
- Training rate is $22/hour
- After completing training, pay is $25/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time)
- Pay can be up to $35/hour through advancement
