About the Role

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8, offering a rewarding experience where coaches make a difference by sparking passion for the game and building confidence in kids.

Responsibilities

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers

Requirements

• Genuine passion for children and sports
• Safety conscious
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
• No work status or visa sponsorship available

• Local candidates only

Work Type

• Part-time

• Flexible scheduling
• Sessions scheduled closest to coach
• Availability can change season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall)
• Optional Monday-Friday mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Required Saturday mornings
• Full ten-week commitment required for lead roles
• Hours between Monday-Friday from 2 PM to 6 PM
• Hours Saturday/Sunday from 9 AM to 12 PM
• Must be available to work one day out of the weekend

Salary/Compensations

• Competitive Base Pay
• Training rate: $22/hour
• Post-training pay: $25/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time)
• Potential pay up to $35/hour through advancement
