About the Role

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional experience for every member
• Welcome members and guests with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Conduct studio tours and introduce prospective members to Orangetheory Fitness
• Follow up with leads and book introductory workouts
• Guide first-time guests through their Orangetheory experience
• Recommend memberships and help members commit to fitness goals
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage daily administrative tasks
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with coaches and studio leadership to enhance member experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Punctual, reliable, and accountable
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Ability to engage in frequent in-person and phone conversations
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
• Enjoy connecting with people
• Confident in starting conversations and building rapport
• Motivated by goals and results
• Comfortable discussing memberships and making sales recommendations
• Dependable and able to adhere to schedule
• Maintain positive energy during busy shifts
• Enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle
• Work effectively independently and as part of a team

Experience Level
