About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to install, maintain, and service beer and soda dispensing systems across the New York tri-state area. This role includes system installations, preventative maintenance, quality control inspections, and responding to service calls. The work involves a mix of scheduled jobs and on-demand service calls. We are looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Install beer and soda dispensing systems (draft beer, glycol systems, soda fountains)
Install and service refrigeration systems (compressors, controls, line sets)
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical refrigeration and dispensing system issues
Conduct quality control checks on installations and existing systems
Respond to service calls independently, timely, and professionally
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members
Ensure all work complies with safety and industry standards
Work on glycol chillers and long-draw draft systems
Ensure systems run efficiently and reliably

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in refrigeration and/or beverage system installation and service
Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, glycol systems, and draft beer systems preferred
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and refrigeration issues
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
