About the Role

Support the People Operations team throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes operational and administrative tasks, participation in diverse HR projects, and serving as a reliable contact for HR-related questions, ensuring a smooth start for new team members.

Responsibilities

  • Support the People Operations team with new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth start.
  • Manage contracts and documents, including creating and filing employment contracts, amendment agreements, references, and A1 certificates.
  • Maintain personnel data in HRIS Personio and create employee certificates.
  • Serve as a direct contact for team members regarding attendance and absence, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, People Partnering, and IT Admins.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including document management and maintaining the internal wiki.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, Business Law, or (Business) Psychology, with at least one year remaining in studies.
  • Motivated to support colleagues in their daily work and provide answers to HR-related questions (e.g., contract changes, references, parental leave, absences).
  • Possess diligence, attention to detail, confidentiality, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (at least B2).
  • Available immediately for at least one year, working 15-20 hours per week.
