About the Role
This role supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department, performing administrative and HR-related tasks including onboarding/offboarding, digital enhancements, employee record-keeping, benefits administration, and general employee support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and understands HR best practices and employment legislation.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientations, and HRIS updates.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with privacy laws.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, leave management, and employee inquiries.
- Input, initiate, and finalize employee record updates in Workday (HRIS).
- Support payroll processing, including timely submission of data changes.
- Support digital enhancements of HR systems, processes, and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including report preparation, correspondence, and event organization.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Assist in HR process audits and compliance checks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

- $42,500 to $71,000 base salary
