Responsibilities

Enthusiastically welcome all studio entrants with energy and knowledge
Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers
Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and assisting members
Conduct studio tours
Collaborate with trainers to guide new clients through their initial Orangetheory workout
Sell memberships to support studio growth
Follow up with prospective clients
Address member concerns professionally and objectively to achieve resolution
Participate in marketing and outreach events
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio

Requirements

Passionate, positive, and skilled in building rapport
