About the Role

Lead and optimize Medcan's Live Well Programs, overseeing nursing and non-nursing teams within the Client Care Centre. Ensure exceptional client care, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations and team performance
  • Monitor workload and performance volumes to identify gaps and optimize operations
  • Prioritize decisions based on client care needs and safety, ensuring workflows align with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff
  • Conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and manage performance issues in collaboration with Human Resources
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
  • Handle client escalations and support staff in challenging situations
  • Partner with clinical leaders and product teams to launch new programs
  • Promote evidence-based practice and maintain nursing competency standards
  • Address safety concerns promptly and escalate serious incidents

Requirements

  • Degree in Healthcare and/or equivalent experience in the industry
  • 2–5 years leadership/management in healthcare or relevant industry
  • Masters in Health Administration or BScN considered an asset

Salary/Compensations

  • $73,699.00 - $101,335.00 CAD annually
