About the Role
The Vaccines & Public Health Associate Marketer role is a critical component of a diverse team, adapting to evolving market and business demands. This role creates campaigns and materials that deliver defined customer and population experiences across the vaccines portfolio. The team aligns marketing principles with public health objectives to achieve measurable population health outcomes and reduce health inequalities.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and delivery of operational plans and campaigns to deliver value for priority vaccine brands, the business, and customers.
- Support the development and execution of multi and omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring delivery against strong KPIs and OKRs.
- Regularly review and track campaign performance via analytical tools and dashboards.
- Manage promotional and non-promotional assets through Veeva Promomats.
- Contribute to the agile planning process to develop campaigns and tactics.
- Utilize a segmented customer engagement approach, specific customer journeys, and engagement plans to drive exceptional customer experiences and behavior change.
- Manage agency relationships in the design, development, and execution of assets, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
- Work with agile principles and demonstrate adaptability to support the development team’s effective operation.
- Work with and deliver against promotional budgets, identifying and flagging potential under/overspend with the budget holder.
Requirements
- Ability to generate and analyze diverse data sources, including feedback and insights, to understand value for HCP, patient, and population communities.
- Understanding and application of test and learn approaches in material development and iteration to drive behavior change and deliver return on investment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders and agencies.
- Creativity and innovation in campaign design, with strong attention to detail to develop personalized content and tailored messaging for various engagement tactics, including field force engagement.
- Compliance and ethical marketing, ensuring all activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
