About the Role

The Representative works with Directors to fulfill the FCA Vision, Mission, and Values by implementing the ministry plan for the assigned area. In FCA Sports Environments, the Representative ensures a consistent approach to discipleship, making disciples who make disciples. The Representative is accountable for conducting FCA ministry according to biblical standards and adhering to FCA policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Follow a spiritual rhythm of daily prayer and Bible study.
Provide spiritual leadership to staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and example.
Participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
Engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes through 1-on-1s, Huddles, and Events.
Train and equip staff and volunteers to empower coaches and athletes as disciples.
Oversee recruiting, training, and development of diverse volunteers.
Actively recruit qualified volunteers for Sports Environments.
Provide tools, resources, and training to develop volunteer skills and competence.
Prepare volunteers in their roles, fostering spiritual and personal growth.
Connect, communicate with, and care for financial partners to secure funding.
Manage and steward finances for the assigned area.
Establish and execute an annual budget and funding plan, growing Home Team, major donors, and events.
Collaborate with the Director to serve the aligned International Region through prayer, giving, and engagement.

Requirements
