The Nuclear Power Programmes team supports positive change and shapes the future of Nuclear Power across the UK and continental Europe. This role involves expanding the team on various nuclear projects, delivering major program and project management capabilities, and driving safe, high-quality, and timely solutions through innovative and collaborative work.

Requirements
- Proven and experienced Senior Commercial Manager.
- Experience with FIDIC and NEC 3&4 suite of contracts and major projects.
- Knowledge of UK law and its impact on contracts and commercial functions.
- Good understanding of procurement.
- Good understanding of contract performance measurement.
- Good understanding of risk management.
- Good understanding of change management.
- Good understanding of claim management.
- Ability to work across multiple discipline teams to develop, implement, and operate commercial strategies and contractual agreements.
- Ability to develop and execute innovative approaches to commercial delivery for project benefit.
