About the Role
We are looking for experienced electrical help, all skills and levels welcomed, for several positions in Southern and Northern California, to support our tremendous growth in renewable energy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
- Support electrical work involving concrete, conduit, wire sizing, transformers, and switchboards.
- Troubleshoot interoperability charging communication issues on DC fast chargers and adapters.
- Assist with operation of equipment such as bobcats, backhoes, and excavators (as qualified).
- Perform field service activities for EV charging equipment, including component replacement, software updates, testing, basic site inspections, visual checks, and issue reporting.
- Perform onsite maintenance and repairs of EV charging stations.
- Help collect basic site information, logs, and documentation under Service leadership direction.
- Maintain job site safety, organization, and cleanliness.
- Perform general site and operational support tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic electrical or construction experience required.
- Willingness to learn EV charging systems, electrical diagnostics, and field service processes.
- Ability to work in outdoor field environments under varying conditions.
- Willingness to travel domestically on occasion, as required by project needs.
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
