About the Role
Seeking a skilled Multiskilled Engineer with electrical or mechanical bias for a high-end corporate environment. This role involves providing exceptional building services, delivering planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, and ensuring 24/7 compliance and service excellence in prestigious commercial office spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance for electrical and mechanical systems according to schedules and SLAs
- Execute electrical and mechanical maintenance and installation work in line with industry regulations, including IET Wiring Regulations BS7671 and safety standards
- Deliver exceptional service to meet KPIs and ensure statutory compliance
- Manage minor works by others and coordinate with the onsite FM team and service partners
- Build strong client relationships and provide high-standard customer service
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill contractual obligations
- Oversee subcontractor work, ensuring Health & Safety adherence
- Participate in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota
Requirements
- Recognised Electrical / Mechanical Apprenticeship
- City & Guilds 2365-03 or equivalent
- City & Guilds 2382-18 (18th Edition Amendment 2)
- Level 2 & Level 3 Electrical / Mechanical Diploma or Apprenticeship
- Proven experience in performing PPMs and routine electrical and mechanical maintenance (SFG20 or equivalent)

- £40,000 - £45,000
