About the Role

We're looking for a skilled individual to join our growing team at Suno. This is not a transactional recruiting role—we’re looking for someone who can plug into the business. You'll work closely with hiring managers across the company to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and identify exceptional talent who will thrive in our innovative and collaborative environment. As an early-stage startup, you'll have the opportunity to shape our recruiting processes, enhance our employer brand, and play a crucial role in scaling our team as we revolutionize music creation through AI.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and shape hiring strategies.
Manage full-cycle recruiting across marketing, growth, and corporate functions.
Build high-quality, targeted talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and network outreach.
Conduct structured, high-signal interview processes and ensure strong candidate experiences.
Improve recruiting workflows, tools, and decision-making with an operator mindset.
Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and leadership to support hiring goals.
Utilize data and market insights to inform hiring strategy and calibrate searches.

Requirements

5–7 years of recruiting experience, with significant in-house experience.
Ideal candidates will have a mix of agency and in-house experience.
Proven success owning and closing roles across GTM and corporate functions.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring decisions.
Ability to operate independently and drive searches without heavy oversight.
Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Ashby) and modern sourcing tools.
Thoughtful, structured approach to evaluating talent.
Interest in building processes.
