About the Role

This role is a strategic partner to the Professional Services organization, responsible for designing, developing, and executing enablement programs for Solutions Deployment Managers, Technical Deployment Managers, Project Managers, and Advisors. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, drives projects to completion, and serves as a critical liaison between the Professional Services team and the broader business.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, including new hire onboarding and ongoing training for the Professional Services team, covering technical skills, product knowledge, and communication strategies.
  • Utilize a backward-planning approach to anticipate future enablement needs, ensuring training is ready before product launches or process changes. Drive initiatives to completion, preventing project stalls.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the Professional Services team and other departments (Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations). Inform the Professional Services team of business changes and communicate their needs to other groups.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform knowledge into structured training materials. Ensure internal documentation, forms, and processes are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops. Establish weekly communication with Professional Services leadership for project updates and upcoming initiatives. Maintain a project management dashboard for project visibility and accountability.
