About the Role
Transform raw information into strategic insights, guiding the organization as a Data Analyst within the Product Engineering family. Leverage company-wide data to generate actionable insights and build visualizations that enhance business performance. Collaborate with the Data team, contributing to data-driven decision-making and ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Drive impactful, real-world business outcomes through complex datasets.
Responsibilities
- Manipulate and analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and support business decisions.
- Design and deploy interactive dashboards using advanced data visualization tools to visualize data and track performance metrics.
- Partner with Data and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Conduct advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, correlation analysis, and statistical evaluations to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
- Implement rigorous data validation and governance processes to maintain high standards of data accuracy and reliability.
- Reverse engineer data requirements to help Data Engineers streamline and automate data collection, processing, and reporting.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, communicating findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Query and manage databases using tools and languages like SQL and Snowflake to extract and manipulate data.
- Continuously refine and improve reporting systems and workflows to align with evolving business needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and their advanced functionalities.
- Deep expertise in statistical analysis, data pivots, predictive modeling, and designing scalable data solutions.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and quality.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment with a drive for process improvement and innovation.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to deliver analytical insights to diverse audiences.
